About the position 💼
When customers join our HR system, the sales department hands over to the Customer Success team, which is responsible for the onboarding of the system. In the role of Customer Success Specialist, you will project manage the implementation of Hailey's system for our customers, enhance their HR practices, and provide training on the system. Together with your team, you are responsible for ensuring that customers have a first-class experience with Hailey!

In this role, you will become an expert in our system through close collaboration with our development department to continuously improve the system and its functionalities. You will represent the customer's needs internally, thereby enabling the system to be the absolute best in the market!

What are we looking for?
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience from a similar role in HR, recruitment or project management.
- Good system skills.
- Native in Norwegian & great English skills (speech and writing).
- Beneficial if you can speak & write in Swedish.
